Amy Peterson, Treatment Coordinator

Amy was born in Port Arthur, Texas. She spent her younger years living in Bridge City, Texas, later moving to Austin in 1989.  After graduating from Westwood High School in 1998 Amy began working as a daycare teacher for 4 years.  After having her first child, Amy decided on a career change and in 2002 completed Dental Assisting School in San Marcos. Shortly after graduation, she began working for a dental office in Austin where she was afforded the opportunity to go to Belize on a dental mission trip.  After working for 4 years she decided to take some time off from work to spend with her children.  Amy has lived in Hutto for 4 years with her husband James and their four children.  In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and being very active in her children's extra curricular activities, especially coaching her oldest girls softball team.
